Medical & Aeromedical Service Disclaimer

1. Clinical Assessment & Fit-to-Fly Authority
All aeromedical evacuations are subject to an individual "fit-to-fly" assessment conducted in collaboration between the sending attending physician and our aeromedical flight medical director. Medical clearance depends on patient hemodynamic stability, airway security, and prevailing physiological risks at altitude.
2. Aviation Safety & Civil Aviation Regulations
Flight dispatch timelines and routing are subject to Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) regulatory clearances, air traffic control (ATC) priority sequencing, destination country overflight permissions, and meteorological conditions. Safety of flight is determined exclusively by the aircraft pilot-in-command in accordance with aviation law.
3. Emergency Situations
If a patient is experiencing an acute life-threatening emergency, immediate ground emergency medical services (EMS) or admission to the nearest equipped emergency department should be sought without delay while aeromedical transit is being coordinated.
