At AirAmbulanceBD Operations Ltd., we maintain the highest standards of confidentiality regarding patient medical records, clinical diagnostic reports, and personal identifying information shared during emergency flight coordination.

1. Information We Collect

During flight booking, we collect patient diagnostic summaries, vital sign records, national identification/passports, attending physician contact details, and receiving hospital documentation solely for the purpose of securing medical clearance, CAAB flight permits, and destination visa approvals.

2. Clinical Confidentiality

Patient health data is shared exclusively on a need-to-know basis with our aeromedical flight doctors, the attending hospital ICU team, and the receiving tertiary specialist. We never sell, monetize, or disclose medical records to third-party commercial entities.
