Terms & Conditions of Aeromedical Service

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of air ambulance coordination, ICU flight transport, and ground ambulance connections by AirAmbulanceBD Operations Ltd.

1. Booking & Flight Authorization

Flight confirmation is finalized upon verification of patient fit-to-fly clearance, receipt of receiving hospital bed acceptance, and confirmation of financial terms.

2. Weather & Regulatory Permissions

All flight missions operate under the regulatory authority of the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) and international air traffic control bodies. Flight timing is subject to daylight parameters (for helicopters), airport operating hours, and meteorological flight safety standards.

3. Bed-to-Bed Clinical Protocol

The patient and family agree to follow the guidance of the onboard aeromedical flight physician regarding medication administration, companion baggage limits, and in-flight medical interventions.
